INTRODUCTION:  Mr. Gross is an experienced trial lawyer, and practices in the following areas of law: Business Litigation, Construction Litigation, Mechanics Lien Litigation, Divorce and other Family Law Litigation, Condominium, Townhome and Common Interest Community Association Litigation; Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, Creditor and Debtor Litigation, Foreclosure Defense Litigation; Bankruptcy Litigation, Estate and Probate Litigation, Employment Law Litigation, Fair Housing Litigation, and Appellate Litigation. 


Ted also has extensive experience with: Corporate Formation, Limited Liability Formation, Business Sales and Acquisitions, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Creditor and Debtor Rights; Landlord/Tenant issues; Fair Housing Issues, Commercial Transactions and General Real Estate Transactions.


Mr. Gross has also represented Condominium Associations, Townhome Associations and Common Interest Community Associations with respect to all aspects of Association Law, including but not limited to: Collection of Assessments; Drafting of Association Governing Documents; Proper Governing of Association, day to day Operation and Corporate Transactional Issues. He has written appellate briefs and argued cases in both the Illinois Appellate and Illinois Supreme Courts.


Professional and Educational Background:  Ted has been a licensed attorney since 1997.  He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from DePaul University College of Law in May 1997.  Prior to law school Ted attended the University of Illinois at Ubana-Champaign where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and History.

HOBBIES:  Ted coaches his son in travel and Little League baseball. He also umpires Little League baseball and softball across the Western and Northwest Suburbs.  Ted also serves as an Assistant District Administrator (in charge of umpires) for Illinois Little League District 13, which covers multiple Little "eagues in the West and Northwest Chicago suburbs.
